Sunny Beach area apartment rental details

SVETI VLAS - BULGARIA
Nestled between the Stara Plannina Mountain Range and beaches of the Black Sea coastline, Sveti Vlas dates back to the 2nd Century BC when it was a thracian settlement site called Larissa. Today, Sveti Vlas (Vlas) continues to maintain its village atmosphere and charm. It is home to many local shops and restaurants which all lead up to the "village square" where you can still sit and watch the locals go about their day to day lives. By night, Vlas comes alive with restaurants offering traditional Bulgarian food, many with stunning views over the bay towards Nessebar. Vlas is situated behind the resort and is approximatley a five minute walk from the apartment. Banking, Post Office and ATM facilities are all available in the village. Vlas has everything most families would like from their holiday - for those who do wish to venture a little further afield a car is not necessary because the area is well served by road and sea transport. If you want a holiday thats peaceful and relaxing in beautiful surroundings but with the option of the razzamataz of Sunny Beach if you choose it, then Vlas is the place for you.

RESORT & COMPLEX
Lazur 3 is ideally situated within the exclusive Dinevi Marina Resort in Sveti Vlas on the Black Sea coastline. The stunning Dinevi Marina is breathtaking and has hosted a variety of national events since opening in 2008, including the Boat and Motor Show and Miss Bulgaria. The Marina has a variety of restaurants, bars and boutique style shops - it is a great place to people watch. To complement the Marina, an ampitheatre was also opened in 2008 which hosts evening entertainment at least 3 times per week. Either side of the marina are beaches - one private (for those staying within the Dinevi Resort) and one public beach. Both beaches have a variety of watersports on offer. Although both beaches have good restaurants facilities - the cocktail bar on the Dinevi beach is a visit "must" to enjoy sipping a cocktail in opulent surroundings watching the sun go down. The Lazur complex benefits from full use of all the amenities available within the resort yet due to the smaller size of this complex it maintains the privacy and tranquility you require for a relaxing holiday. There are a number of small shops and a supermarket within a two minute walk of the apartment. The resort offers its own transport to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas for a small fee - this transport runs approximately every hour. The resort is also well served by public transport which is very cheap, complex taxis are available and free buses run to the waterparks from the village. There is also a water taxi available from the marina over to Nessebar. The Lazur Complex is ideal for families, a small complex where you can enjoy the pool and peaceful gardens, but still be within minutes of busier complexes and the beach. By night you can go out to the bars and restaurants down on the marina, visit restaurants in other complexes or go up to the village all safe in the knowledge they wont be disturbing you on your return to the apartment.

APARTMENT
High standard of furnishing in a 90sq m apartment which will sleep up to six people comfortably. It benefits from air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area (essential for the summer months!!) Two bathrooms - one with bath and shower over, the other with a shower Balcony off living area overlooking the pool with sea view - the balcony is furnished for six people. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (top) and therefore benefits from no noise from the upstairs apartment. Joanne says: "This 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed apartment is in a great location in Vlas. You can either take a 5 minute stroll down to the beach where youll find a fantastic new marina (if you like expensive cars and flash yachts youll be impressed!) there are a few restaurants and bars here along the front and cocktail bars on the beach which have real sofas (you can get too comfortable here). Then, 5-10 minutes up to the village is where you can find lots of little shops, (2ltr bottles of lager approx £1.50, decent bottle of wine approx £2.50 - £5. Restaurants (gorgeous chinese restaurant at the top of the village) and snack stalls selling fresh pancakes, chicken kebabs and the best freshly made cakes youve ever had. We went to Bulgaria expecting to lose weight as we had heard that the food wasnt up to much but we still dont know where theyve been staying! We never had a bad meal the whole 2 weeks we were there. It is approx. 50p to go to Sunny Beach from Vlas and £1 to Nessebar on the bus which you can catch approx every 15 mins on the main road half way up to the village. Free mini buses pass all the time to take you to the water park too. While we were there, we were fortunate enough to meet the owners of the apartment and could not thank them enough for the help and advice they gave us from the minute we enquired about it to when we got back in the UK. I went with my husband and parents in August this year and just had the best relaxing holiday, we didnt want to come home. You felt very safe on the complex day and night. You can use all the pools on the Lazur complex free of charge, however, we didnt need to as ours was never over crowded, in fact we had it to ourselves most of the holiday. The highlight of the holiday for me was seeing a dolphin swimming around not far from the beach - keep an eye out for them as its not very often you get to see them and there are sea horses too but we didnt get to see them. I can not think of anything negative to say about the apartment or the area for that matter. The only thing I will say is the locals dont have much of a personality so dont be disheartend if they dont smile or try to speak a bit of english, its not your typical spanish holiday but then thats why we chose Bulgaria. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!"
