Villa Inside and Out
The interior of this link detached villa is deceptively spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a private driveway which leads to the main living accommodation. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The large breakfasting/dining kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in cherry wood, matching granite work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. Major appliances include tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden surface seating 6 comfortably. The lounge has a Plasma TV with Satellite (Sky Plus with movies package) and DVD player, and is accompanied by 2 large leather sofas. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor. Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a winding staircase and landing. The master bedroom features a double sized bed, with doors leading to a generously sized balcony (with views across the coastline to the Sea). There is further benefit of an en-suite shower room. Sea views can be enjoyed from most windows. The second bedroom is a twin room as is the third with each bedroom featuring fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Completing the first floor level is a spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. The top level provides access to a stunning roof terrace which affords 360 degree views of Sea, mountains, the local banana plantations and the rugged coastline. There sun loungers and table and chairs provided in this area. Outside, the villa has a private pool with sunloungers and table and chairs for Alfresco Dining. There is a pool shower and access out to the rear of the property. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The villa is also very child friendly and equipped with safety gates, Travel Cot & Portable Booster Seat for dining chairs.

The Local Area
This prime positioned holiday Villa is within an affluent area known as Sea Caves and Akamas Peninsular, a protected area of outstanding natural beauty with one of the best beaches in Cyprus (Lara), yet still close to Coral Bay and Peyia Village with their traditional bars and restaurants. The property is but a 5 minute walk to one of the best known local tavernas in the area which provides good food, hospitality and views within a peaceful and relaxing setting, next to one of the areas many impressive banana plantations. The Sea Caves area , like much of Paphos, was once rural and barren land but over recent years the Sea Caves area has changed dramatically. Now the Sea Caves area is one of the finest residential areas in Cyprus, offering some of the most exclusive villas in the island. This is not surprising when you consider its breathtaking rugged Cypriot coastline and small sandy coves with crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Sunsets in the region are simply magical. Proceeding along from the Sea Caves you come to the pretty, tiny picturesque fishing harbour of St George with a small sand/shingle beach. St George, like Sea Caves, is a perfect spot for snorkelling and scuba diving or topping up your sun tan. We strongly recommend tasting the local speciality "fish meze" in one of the selection of small family run tavernas at St George and the dramatic sunsets are worth the visit alone from any area of this amazing coastline. Situated 12kms from Paphos on the west coast of Cyprus and just 3km from Sea Caves, Coral Bay is a delightful resort renowned for its superb (blue flag) sandy beaches. The main thoroughfare of Coral Bay is lined with a small but ample selection of shops, restaurants, banks and bars giving you everything you need for a relaxing holiday without losing any of its local charm. Life in Coral Bay tends to be based around the sandy bay with calm shallow waters, also offering a wide selection of water sports, it is perfect for a day out for all the family. Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, Reptile Park, Horse Riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), Hiking/Walking, Buggy Safaris, 4 x 4 Safaris, Sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from the area, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings the mosaics and the Christian Catacombs. If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski! Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars. Further inland is the old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, hustle and bustle, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere, it is well worth a visit. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCOs World Cultural Heritage list. Cyprus is famous as the birth place of the goddess Aphrodite, Venus in Roman mythology. She is known as the Ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty. Legend says that she emerged from the sea at Aphrodite’s Rock in a surge of sea foam. **Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day so dont worry about a late flight. There is a keysafe which we provide a code for. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis (10-28 night stays). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and wine for your arrival.**
