1 Jasmine Villas is a spacious comfortable villa, suitable for a family holiday or a group of friends. The villa can comfortable sleep 8 to 9, is air-conditioned in every room and has a beautiful swimming pool, veranda and terrace. The terrace has wonderful views of the surrounding area which include mountains and sea and especially at dusk is quite magical. This villa represents fantastic value for money. Book it now as prices may well rise soon. If you also take advantage of some of the long or short stay discounts, you can get a real bargain here. But in spite of the price, this is not a "Bargain Basement" villa, it is a fully equipped luxury villa complete with everything you might need to make your holiday a success, in a fantastic, unspoilt part of the world that combines sea, mountains and a fantastic climate.

There is a DVD library of films with 40 titles, including thrillers and childrens titles in. There is a gas barbequeue. There are sunloungers for use round the pool and sunshades.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double,1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has ....nothing was specified.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets:	Pets are not welcome.
Wheelchairs:	Property is suitable for wheelchairs. There is a downstairs room with ensuite bathroom and toilet, as well as a separate downstairs toilet. There is a weelchair. (Left by a previous renter! It appears to be in good order but if you are relying on this I will have it checked out.) If particular things are needed such as handles for getting in and out of the bath or toilet, I would regard these things as useful accessories for the property and will have them fitted if you can be clear and explicit about what you need. As is clear in the photographs, there are steps into the front of the villa.

Electricity is a little more expensive in Cyprus than the Uk, but it is possible to run up a monster bill by using the airconditioning units non-stop. Unfortunately, I have had no option but to limit the usage by individual parties. Each booking comes with £100 worth included, but you may use more at the height of summer, with a lot of people in the house, or for longer stays. Note that the rate charged is the cost price to me.
